Busy B’s warrants, for a period of 5 years from the date of completion to be free from installation defects and will provide labor only to repair or replace any defects.
Proof of regular annual maintenance is required or this warranty is null and void, normal wear + tear is not covered, any damages due to negligence, alteration, improper care or cleaning or an act of God are not covered.
Busy B’s recommends you stain your wood deck within 60 days of completion and every two years there after. We also recommend cleaning any type of deck twice a year using a cleaner specifically for your type of decking. Avoid setting pots or planters directly on the deck (use a stand or cart or small blocks of wood for legs), pvc + rubber backed mats and rugs should not be used, Always use an approve heat resistant pad for appliances (barbecue’s, fireplace’s), metal furniture and other items can cause stains and scratches.
